The trainers have extensive knowledge of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act as it pertains with the criminal and civil aspects of having a liquor license. Our trainers have first hand knowledge of what the most common law and rule violations that occur in todays society as it pertains to alcohol sales. The information provided in the training will assist your employees in making the right decision at the point of sale.
As a business that holds a Nebraska liquor license, it is important for you to understand the Nebraska Liquor Control Act. We at AST know that it is difficult for each and everyone of your employees to have the same work ethic when it comes to being consistant with alcohol sales. Most employees understand that selling alcohol to a minor is a criminal offense, but they don't understand that you the owner is now facing civil violaitons with the Liquor Commission. The commission understands that as a business owner, that you can't be present 24/7. Making certified training mandatory for your employees is a small insurance policy for you. The Liquor Commission has stated that if an employer can show that they have provided certified training, and the employee than sells to a minor, then the suspension handed down to the license holder maybe cut in half. The cost of training one employee will have paid for itself. The training certificate is valid for 3 years.
